I bought it but kind of dissapointed that the app cannot find anything in the Toronto airport area. Ive given it 4 stars since it looks like a good app....just maybe not for my area. It does cover other cities around Toronto and some places within the city....just not around the airport.

Downloaded the app and now it keeps checking my position. I have moved around and it still just cant find it! What a waste of money!

Its totally a useless app I cant even get wifi at my home. I thout it connect any wifi network within 10 KM range. But couldnt do within maybe 100 meter. Boss makesure I dont get charge for it. Cuz I already got better app then this. But I jst thought if we get wifi in 10km range how good it ll b.

This app is complete crap!!!!!!!!!!!! The closest signal is Osaka according to this tracker. Do yourselves a favour and save your 300 yen!

In Moscow this $3 "free" application finds nothing but its 7 (seven) pre-installed hotspots of surprisingly little predictable value. To begin with that one does not need to purchase this program to guess that in Baltschug-Kempinski Hotel one should certainly find a wi-fi hotspot. Other six useful Moscow addresses are of the same kind. Whether it works better overseas?

Its written there free app but after I download it took me 2.39euro in my accounts So people should be aware of this criminals

How can this app find free wifi when it cant even find me!

This app cant even get its location figured out! Does not work! Not even once! I wish I could get my money back!!!

checking your position ..... 20 minutes later... checking ur position... 5 minutes later... cannot find position... honestly it needs work

The application doesnt work well. Waste of 3 bucks

If you want to find an open WiFi hotspot with your iPhone, you depend on the built-in wireless scanner (in Settings/WiFi). It has a very limited range, it will only show hotspots with a 20 feet radius or so. With this tool, you can find hotspots in a much larger range, it will also list them if theyre a mile away, because it uses GPS. You can also find free access points abroad, it allows you to manually browse the countries and cities. This is a real moneysaver, because you can avoid those outrageous roaming charges from AT&T. Excellent program IMO.

Works great! No gripes here. But please itouch users, If you know the app needs a GPS to work right and you know the itouch is not able to do such a thing, then why blame the app for your mistake of not paying attention?

This is a horrible app and waste of 3 $ I culdve gone to mcdonalds and gotten a meal instead of this garbage!!!

ive tried this everywhere. Ive tried this in three states (WV,VA,MD) and it has never worked, anywhere. If you want a wifi tracker that works, i recommend "Wifi Trak". It worked from the moment i bought it, for only a dollar. So save yourself the money.

Accidentally bought the app, new to the itunes thing. so i deleted it...now i have no app i just paid for.

This app is awkward. Has locations worldwide, but you have to dig from global all the way to local every time you use it (select country, select state, select city). You cant set defaults so you dont have to drill all the way in every time. When the list comes up of spots within a city, its alphabetical. Would like to see it plotted on a map. Once a location is selected, you can see the location on a map, but you have to have internet connection to do that (what Im looking for to begin with). Description says NOT compatible with iTouch, requirements says compatible with iTouch. It works on my iTouch but location is deemed from router vs. GPS. Not worth 2.99. Havent seen one yet that is.

u can get apps more or less like this for free but its a nicer layoiut so im not sure execpt that----------------------
